Harvy Barsoom pleaded guilty to trespassing in Collin County Court. He received a sentence of two years’ probation, and the resident was granted a lifetime protective order against him.
Plano Police Chief Ed Drain and Officer Ken Mings showed no intention of locating Barsoom or bringing him in for questioning. I had to fight to get the case into a courtroom. I have compiled audio recordings, body-camera footage, internal emails, and other materials that she says document the department’s alleged failures and efforts to block further scrutiny of the matter.
