Three individuals identified in the violent, unprovoked attack on Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez outside an ICE facility Saturday afternoon are facing charges, according to the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspects—Paige, DeYanna, and Chris Ostroushko—are among four people expected to be charged in connection with the day’s protest-related incidents. Three of the four face charges tied to the assault on both the journalist and a deputy, while the fourth is accused of gross misdemeanor obstruction with force against a deputy.
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the investigation remains active.
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office PIO Megan Larson tells me, “Yes – This is an active investigation. In total, 4 people will be charged from today’s protest.Three of them are tied to the assault of a journalist and a deputy. The fourth is charged with gross misdemeanor obstruction with force against a deputy.”
After we were able to ID one of the suspects, we located her social media page where she claims, without evidence, that she was assaulted by an, “fucking piece of shit Turning Point bitch.”
Hernandez was reportedly dispatched to cover the protest by Turning Point USA without a security detail. This marks the second time she has been targeted by a left-wing mob. In previous incidents, independent journalists have stepped in to provide security for her amid what sources describe as a lack of institutional support from the organization.

In the footage from the protest, William Scott Kelly seems to trigger the crowd to attack the reporter. Kelly has been released on bond after “protesting” inside of a church months prior. Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon says she’s personally looking into the matter.
