The Department of Injustice released a letter that allegedly comes from the suspect who tried assassinating President Donald Trump.

Ryan Wesley Routh allegedly wrote a letter offering $150,000 for anyone who would “complete the job” of murdering President Trump. According to the DOJ, this letter was left a note several months ago.

In that letter, Routh says, “This was an assassination attempt on Donald Trump but I failed you. I tried my best and gave it all the gumption I could muster. It is up to you now to finish the job; and I will offer $150,000 to whomever can complete the job.”

Why would the DOJ promote this bounty placed on Trump’s head?
